Crockpot BBQ Grape Jelly Meatballs
These BBQ grape jelly meatballs are made easily in a crockpot with just 3 ingredients. They're perfect for game nights and special gatherings!
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups good quality BBQ sauce (I recommend Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 1 cup good quality grape jelly
- 32 ounce bag frozen fully cooked meatballs
Instructions
- Mix together BBQ sauce and grape jelly in the bowl of a large slow cooker.
- Add frozen meatballs to slow cooker and stir well to coat them with the sauce.
- Place lid on slow cooker and cook meatballs on LOW for 4-5 hours (or HIGH for 2-3 hours). Stop and stir meatballs halfway through cooking time, then replace lid and continue cooking until meatballs are heated through. Don't overcook or the meatballs will start to get tough.
- Serve warm & enjoy!
