Cool down with these easy to make, smooth and creamy chocolate pudding popsicles!
The spring weather has been a little bit of a roller coaster where we live.
A few days ago, we hit temperatures in the mid-80s. Today we have barely made it out of the 40s.
I’m sure the temperatures will go back and forth for at least a few more weeks, but I’m excited for the warm weather on the way! Spring and summer are my favorite seasons!
Speaking of warm days, these chocolate pudding popsicles are a great way to cool down when it’s hot outside.
They’re smooth and creamy and so easy to make.
A kid and grown-up approved treat 😊

Chocolate Pudding Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 (3.9 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whisk together chocolate instant pudding mix and milk in a large mixing bowl for 2 minutes, until they thicken and mixture is smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- Fill popsicle molds with the mixture, insert popsicle sticks, then freeze until completely firm (at least 6 hours).
- Once popsicles are frozen, remove from mold and enjoy! The popsicles will be solid but remain relatively soft when frozen, so be gentle while removing. You can briefly run the outside of the mold under warm water to loosen popsicles and help prevent breaking. Recipe makes around 9 (3 ounce) pops.
