Granulated Sugar
Eggs
Vanilla Extract
Nutella
All Purpose Flour
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Salt
Milk Chocolate Chips
How to Make Fudgy Brownie Recipe:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Place butter in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl and microwave just until the butter is melted, about 45 seconds.
3. Add granulated sugar to the bowl with butter and stir them together by hand for 1 minute, until well combined. Note: Don’t use an electric mixer for this recipe because it will overmix the batter.
4. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir for 1 minute, until well combined and smooth.
5. Add Nutella and stir for 1 minute, until well combined and smooth.
6. Sift flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt into the mixing bowl. Use your spoon or a rubber spatula to stir until the dry ingredients are just incorporated. Do not overmix the batter! Stop as soon as you can’t see any dry ingredients. Then, gently fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
7. Line a 9×9 metal pan with parchment paper. Let the paper hang over the sides so that you can easily lift out the brownies once they have cooled. Add brownie batter to the pan and use a spoon to smooth it out into an even layer.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove once a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes. Use the parchment paper to lift them out, then cut and enjoy your fudgy brownies!
