2large eggs, room temperature
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1/2cupNutella
3/4cupall-purpose flour
1/4cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1cupmilk chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place butter in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl and microwave just until the butter is melted.
Add granulated sugar to the bowl with butter and stir together by hand for 1 minute, until well combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir for 1 minute, until well combined.
Add Nutella and stir for 1 minute, until well combined.
Sift in flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until dry ingredients are just incorporated. (Do not overmix! Stop as soon as you can't see any dry ingredients.) Then, gently fold chocolate chips into the batter.
Line a 9x9 metal pan with parchment paper. Add batter to the pan and use a spoon to smooth it out into an even layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove once a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting.
