Sweet Coleslaw Recipe
Tangy & sweet coleslaw recipe that makes for an easy side dish or topping
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 16 oz bag of tri-color coleslaw
Instructions
- In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, salt, onion powder, pepper, white vinegar, lemon juice until it becomes a smooth sauce.
- Add coleslaw mix to a large mixing bowl. Pour sauce over the coleslaw mix and stir until everything is well coated.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. The longer it's refrigerated, the softer the coleslaw will become.
