- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 3 medium/large frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients (milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract) to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve smoothies cold. Recipe makes around 24 ounces.
