Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 3 medium/large frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract) to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve smoothies cold. Recipe makes around 24 ounces.
