- 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbeque Sauce)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper, to taste (optional)
Add BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to a medium bowl and stir together until well combined.
Place chicken breasts in your crockpot/slow cooker, then sprinkle with a little black pepper.
Pour the BBQ sauce mixture on top, making sure all the chicken is covered.
Cook covered for 2 to 2.5 hours on High, or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken to a plate and shred (or “pull”) using two forks, then return chicken to BBQ sauce in crockpot. Stir well and serve warm on hamburger buns with coleslaw or pickles (optional).
